Lube for rear window

Lube for rear window
Getting ready to clean up and re-do my rear window and was wanting to know what kind of lube/grease you guys use that have done this? Right now if it's cold it really struggles to roll down or up so I was think maybe some thing on the thin side?

I've been using the lubes listed in on this page.
