Ok, this is not for the Ex but my 2013 Fusion SE 2.5L. Seems that the bolt for the compressor clutch came out and I found the plate still on the compressor shaft but ready to fall off.
I am thinking I can replace the bolt, I have been told it is a W711877-S437 but I can't verify. There were no shims on the shaft, does it have to have any?
If I can replace the bolt it will save me hundreds of $$$
sorry about that, that's what i get for using my phone to find/read stuff.
i looked on rock auto, they have the clutch kit and has the shims and clutch bolt.
looks like the bolt is a flanged bolt with a thread lock on the thread
The bolt you listed is also a flanged bolt. From what i found it is a M6x19mm bolt.
I guess one way to confirm is going to home depot and pick up a M6 bolt to confirm fit. If it works, you could order that W711877 fastener.
You could also pick up M6 washers to use as shims too.
Just a thought.

This is a supplier part and the CAD is block data. I looked up the bolt part number and one version of the CAD does say "clutch bolt". So it may very well be the correct part for the job.
Compressor print did not yield any clutch bolt info.
Looked up the bolt print, M6x19, 10.9 strength, with adhesive.
Cant tell from what I see if there are any shims or washers.
Guys, this really helps. The dealer said I have to buy the clutch assembly for $200. IMO that is crazy. The shim was still in the clutch disc so that is not a problem. Time to search some more.
The bolt came in and fits, Yeah! The clutch disk does not have holes to hold it while I tighten the bolt. On old cars you turn the key on or give power to the clutch and it holds the disk. I was thinking a strap wrench holding the disk will be enough. The challenge is the compressor is at the bottom of the engine and access from the top is minimal, there is more from the bottom but believe it or not the bolt is easier to access from the top. Any suggestions?
A long extension/cheater (I have found a piece of 3/4 copper pipe or conduit fits over most ratchet handles) and possibly a second person. Don't forget to loctite it.

The bolt has blue threadlocker on it, should I put red on it?
Most clutch disks have holes in them to hold it from turning, This one is not designed like that:
Sounds like it has loctite already, however an extra dab wouldn't hurt.
When i replaced the clutch on my expedition I put some vice-grips on it to lock it in place and keep it from turning, i tried a strap wrench it didn't grip tight enough. And my vice-grips were closer to hand than my chain-wrench. This part may be easier with a second person.
I got it! Stopped by Home Depot and bought a 4.5" channel lock type pliers and gripped the clutch with them while torquing the bolt. It was a tight fit. Crazy thing is after I tightened it the ratchet fell into no mans land. I took the inner fender out, couldn't find it. So I tightened the bolt again since I had better access. I found the wrench, slid 1/2 way down the radiator support, took an hour to find it..
