No lettering on the hood, has blue ford oval grill, assuming those parts are original to the truck it's at least an '82, that's when they made the logo swap. Not sure on the model, that had more to do with the engine, and maybe the chassis didn't it? I mean it looks just like my '82 F-100, except mines a styleside.
