Replacing Twin i-beam to straight axle

My '91 F-150 has a twin i-beam front end and i hate it. If i hit a pot hole or a bump doing anything over 25 mph my wheels are either shaking or bouncing, scaring the **** out of me. I also plan on lifting it and possibly converting to 4wd but i just need to start with replacing the front suspension. If you guys could help out with a list of parts that i would need to replace that would be fantastic, thank you!

That is definitely not normal. Start by checking for the worn out and loose parts that are causing it to shake and bounce ie shocks, ball joints, wheel bearings, all steering components....
