Ford Service Coverage
Why is the Ford Service Coverage forum still here? The information there is now useless. The phone number gets you to a rep in India where the call quality is terrible and the people are hard to understand. The email address is outdated. People like Crystal, and the likes, are probably no longer employed at Ford or, at least the position doesn't seem to exist longer. What I have found is Ford service is not what it was a couple of years ago and really sucks now. Anyone else experience this???
