Bushing Reamers

I need a reamer for a 1973 ford truck with disc brakes. I have the new bushings installed in the spindle, and cant seam to find anyone that has a reamer for a 1973 ford truck any more. Where can you buy one or will I just need to get my drill and a brake cylinder hone and start cutting.

I always hone them but I use a "fixed" hone. You just have no control over a ball or spring loaded hone. I would guess honing them like that would not last all that long, there would be tight spots and loose spots and all you could tell for sure is that the pin fits through.
