Guys I'm new to the forum, and definitely need some help if possible. I have a 2007 f250 5.4L 3v Triton King Ranch model. My truck recently started making a "clicking noise" under the Guage cluster at random times, the clicking gets more constant then the rpms shoot up and it slips out of gear.. It happened several months ago and local mechanic diagnosed it as dirty pins at the PCM connection and a bad PCM. I replaced the PCM and I've put a new engine wiring harness on(the one closest to the driver side) which I was told was a loose connection at the PCM. It was fine for about 3 months, tonight driving on the interstate at about 60mph, 1 click then 2 clicks then a bunch of clicks and it revs up and slips out of gear. As soon as this happens and I let my foot of the gas, the gear is back in.. What do I do? Thank you in advance for any feedback. 1 more thing ,I also used an OBD2 scanner (ANCEL AD310 OBD2/EOBD+CAN) to try and pull any trouble codes and none come up.

My old truck did something like that one time and I took it to my Ford dealer. It was IIRC a sensor or something like that that controlled 3 or 4 different things on the truck.
It was replaced and never had that problem again.............
