I just bought a new kit from Quick Performance. I like this because it is an all Ford kit and parts (rotors and pads) can be bought (for a Ford Explorer) at any local auto parts. As far as the prop valve, a little while back I did a power brake conversion and used a disc/disc valve and will reuse it when it goes back together: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-complete.html
So if I’m reading everything correctly and I go with the quick performance kit.....I need to get shorter axles for my rear end as well. Correct? Or am I missing something?

My truck is a ‘77 F150 4x4.
Thanks!
SOME of the stock axles have the correct offset from the factory. Mine were the correct offset. My axle came from a 1980 F100 with the small bolt pattern (5x4.5) You will need to measure them to see what you have. You can specify the bolt pattern when you order the brake kit from Quick Performance. I have a friend of mine that ordered a Ford 9 from QP for his C10 and it has the Bowtie bolt pattern.
