Tracking Down Electrical Woes

Getting really close to finishing the resto on my 79, but have run into some electrical problems.

What works:

Starting System
Horn
Turn Signals
Brake Lights
Running lamps/Headlights
Dome lamp
Hazard Lamps
Reverse Lamps

What doesn't work

Windsheild wipers
Washer Pump
Radio
Dashboard lights
Weirder, the blower switch does not work, but if you move the HVAC/mode control to the right, it starts blowing - the more it goes to the right the faster it goes.

What I don't understand is that some of these (Radio, Dash Lights) do not have power at the fuse block even with the key in run position.

Any tips suggestions appreciated. I wish I had not almost completely assembled the dash before testing these things - I am worried a lot us going to have to come out again.

Thanks

At least more stuff is working than not...

Would there be a separate fusible link for the nonworking items on that truck?

If I remember correctly, you can pull the fuse box out to check it, without too much trouble.

And all of the nonworking items are exclusively in-the-cab accessories, whereas the working items are all completely outside the cab. That could be a clue.
