2002 7.3 intermittently running rough

2002 7.3 intermittently running rough
I'm not sure what is going on I just purchased truck it was running fine a decided to put hot shot fuel additive in and a day later truck ideals fine starts fast but under load shakes and runs rough but not all the time. The service light never comes on.

A fuel gauge would help with diagnosis. How full is the tank? Any other work done to the truck?

When he change the camshaft sensor did he use OEM? These trucks do not like aftermarket sensors at all!
