Question 8800# confusion

on my window sticker from the dealer it has an option 8800# could someone explain this please? also does anyone have any experience with the rear air bags? whats a good brand are they good or bad and what is the benifit?

The 8800 is the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating). That's what your truck is allowed to way when fully loaded. That includes truck weight, fuel, cargo, passengers, and trailer pin/hitch weight.

thanx johnsdiesel i wasnt very clear in my post my bad. what i meant is why is that an option i honestly thought all sd 250 were 8800#?

All current F250's are 8800 GVWR.
