My searching might not be the best so figured I'd ask. Has anybody found a way to have the auto window feature available for the passenger side like the drivers side has and also have auto up?

Interesting idea. It could be done I would think.
First place I would start is a standard cab driver window switch. Take a look and see how to go about mounting it, or swapping the guts into the original single switch for the passenger side.
I would also look to see if a newer model SD has that option, checking that switch for fitment would be another thing to look into.
