Fuel leaking off ??
I have a 1990 7.3. After preheating it will start right up and run a couple of seconds and then shut off. Then it will have to crank for 30 seconds or more before it will fire again. Then it runs good and will start OK after that. Is the fuel leaking back when it sits for a while or
any other ideas what it could be? Just started doing this a month ago. Before that it was no problem. Thanks!

You can always open the schrader valve on the fuel filter head before you crank it to see if air comes out. Air in the fuel filter means air intrusion. Very common problem with these engines.
