exhaust gaskets
Hello folks. Does anybody have any leads on finding a set of heat shield style exhaust gaskets that fit a y block. I am guessing that these were most popular on F500 and 600's due to their heavy work intentions. They are just tin with some flared out sections sticking out the top to protect the spark plug wires from heat. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

No longer available. Used to be able to get them through Napa fel pro I wasn't able to get any the last time I needed a set. I sold a set to someone on this site that I should have kept for myself

1958 F100/700 & C550/700 272/292 / 1959/64 F350/700 & C550/700 292 / 1963/64 N500/700 292.
NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.
OBSOLETE RELIABLE PARTS in Nashville GA has 1 = 229-686-5101.

You have to be careful when you say Y block, because there are more than just one type...
Heat shields were also used on BIG truck 279/317/330/332 Lincoln derived Y blocks, but these are not the same as 272/292.
FE engines (352/360/390 etc) are also Y blocks, came with stainless steel heat shields, but will not fit anything else.
