1966 Brake Lines

I am installing front disc brakes on a 1966 F100. I was wandering what is the ideal size brake line to replumb the brakes with and what is the optimum material to use. Also, what is the best way to put the expansion loops in at the Master Cylinder. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

3/16" line size will do it. I prefer to lay the loops horizontal to avoid air traps. Don't forget the proportioning valve on the rear so the fronts don't starve for fluid. If your using the 67 on up Ford cylinder the large pot on the rear is for the fronts. Also don't use any of the old brake blocks, a simple tee for the front is fine. The Napa lines in the pic is poly coated (never rust) and can be bent with or without tools and straightened back out without kinking Brilliant!
