That makes two of us! My last gasser was my 97 F-150, gave that to the kid back in 2011. He drove it to 256,000. And it was still running good.

Nice truck Pat! I love the color. My wife and I have been talking about selling or cab over camper and truck F350 DRW. Then buying a Motor home and an F150.

Congratulations! I like it

Yep, wrong time of year to keep it clean unless you keep it in the garage and don't drive it.

That's where this one is, setting in the shed in the dry, may set there till spring the way the weathers looking.

Used 2018 F-150 STX 15k mile lease return, 5.0 V8

This one has work to do, cows have to be feed no matter what the weathers like.

2004 F-450 4x4, 5.9 Cummins conversion, 07 coil spring front conversion
550 badges came with the fenders, didn't want to drill holes in the good set of 450 fenders

Great-looking truck!

I too just went from a F-250 to a 150 just yesterday. Had a 2004 that I bought new in October 2003 that served me rather well over the years but at about 200k miles and with the hood paint starting to fade, along with the typical aging of a 15 year old truck, I felt it was time for a change. I too couldn’t justify the expense of a diesel so I got my old truck’s modern day twin in a 150- XLT Sport Crew Cab FX4 with the 3.5L. I’ve only had it 2 days but I am very happy even though this one is bone stock and my last one had an 8” lift on it.

Out with the old....

.... and in with the new!

To bad your so far away
I have a nephew that would be all over your old F-250.
He already has a lifted 14 F-150 but needs a bigger truck to handle his new 24' inclosed trailer.

Congrats on the new F150.
Any mods planned?
Ford really should make the OEM LED headlights an option on XLT`s.

Damn, that is one beautiful truck! Wanted another black one myself, but all the ones I could find had a ton of miles on them!

Tim, my work is down a dirt road, so, it's probably best that I didn't get another one!

Although I may end up eating my words, as of now I don’t have any major mod plans which goes against my previous behavior with the 250. Tint, spray in bed liner for sure. May level it but who knows. Although I really had fun with that 8” lift on the 250 I also like the idea of keeping things stock and easy, avoiding high-priced tires, etc.

Time will tell.

I'm taking mine in Friday to get the leveling kit put in.
