C6 issues
I have a '79 f250 that's been sitting for a few years because it's an extra vehicle and the trans went out. It will go in reverse and with enough rpms will barley go forward at like 1mph. I saw someone on the super duty forum post the exact same symptoms and was given this advice (which proved to be accurate). "Known problem, the feed bolts GUARANTEED have backed out of the center support inside the trans. About a 40 minute fix". Does anyone know if this holds true for the C6 too or if it's just a coincidence that the symptoms are the same? Thanks
