I wanted either the Magma red or Ruby red. The Ruby red won out.

I would of bought Ruby red except the wifes Expedition is in that color. So I picked the second best color, Magnetic. After my last 3 vehicles were silver I was ready for a change.

I ended up ordering my Platinum in magnetic because I wanted the dark marsala interior and didn't think it would look good in a ruby red truck. If I had decided on the black interior, ruby would have been the call for sure. Magnetic looks great but definitely lacks the sizzle of ruby red. Both colors do share a common trait; they look their best in bright sunlight.

If I didnt have to put a large white and grey camper on the back, it would be Ruby Red.
But I do tow a dark gray trailer and have a white and grey camper... so I bought Magnetic.
