HELP deciding Magnetic or Ruby Red

I have the agate black. It is a metallic paint and from a distance manages to keep a decent shine even with some slight to moderate dust and dirt. Up close you can see that it's dirty but my silver ingot was like that also. Magnetic is still a pretty dark color so I couldn't imagine there is much of a difference in keeping them clean. I would choose whichever color you like the best when both are cleaned up.

Your story sounds just like mine... After three white 250's, a 99, 08, and a 14 I was ready for a different color for a change with the 17. It came down to black and magnetic. I couldn't decide...that is until the day I went to take a serious look at trucks on the lot. It was very gray and overcast that day and the magnetic just looked very drab to me when out of the sunlight. Sunny day.. there isn't a better color than magnetic in my opinion the way it glistens in the sun but I went with black which looks good clean or dirty in any light and even at night. Good luck to you, just go check out trucks when it's heavily overcast and cloudy and it may change your mind.

I’ve never done red but these pics look amazing. Magnetic will be more toned down fron ruby red, but if you want to get out of the black, white, gray, silver family I think that’s a winner (still have silver and like that it doesn’t show every speck of dust).

My '11 was the magnetic, and it looked great still the day it died. for 2019, I really wanted the Ruby Red, and looked hard at all the colors. We finally had it narrowed down to Blue Jeans Blue, and the Ruby Red. Both had the same options on the truck. In the end, if the wife ain't happy, no one is happy. We went Blue. I don't regret it, but man, when that Ruby Red is all cleaned up and waxed, it is a fine looking truck!
