Tires and Wheels

I have a 69 F-100 ford truck with 5 lug bolt pattern and I do not know the lug spacing or how you measure it, so will other tires and wheels that are not ford fit my truck. I know chev will not but what about jeep that is 5 lug rims. I see a lot of jeep and dodge truck wheels that are 5 lug with tires on them on craigslist. I just need them till I get my truck finished and decide what wheels I really want. I did not want to spend a lot on them and on craigslist there is a set off a jeep for $50.00 for all four and the tires are in decent shape. Thanks for any advice on this.

Yes lots of jeep and newer dodges fit. Your lug size on the disc brakes you're putting on is 5x5.5 or 5x139.7 is the metric measurement.
tiresize.com has alot of info

Thank you. I see a lot of rims with tires for sale cheap on craigslist but most are off jeeps. I need some so I can have a rolling frame.
