No go!

No crank no start condition 2002 f350 with a 5.4 auto transmission! New fuel pump battery starter ignition switch! Fuse box terminal rebuilt! Turn key lights and gauges come on but no start! Checked grounds all good! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Starter solenoid? Disreguard. I missed you said starter switch . I see you checked grounds. I would make sure and clean the cable ends and battery posts. They build up a film over time and have had trucks not start because of it before.

Starter.. Jump out the solenoid on the passenger fender wall to see if the starter turns. If not go down and check the small wire for 12volts when that solenoid is jumped..could be solenoid on the starter/connection etc.. not hard.
Get yourself a test light..

Is there a possibility that your "park" or "neutral" lock out switch for transmission shift are not closing properly? Did you try to start in neutral, rather than park?

Good luck.

Unable to find starter solenoid relay! I was told it is built into the fuse box terminal? This is an early production 2002 truck! It was assembled in July of 01.

If I hot wire the starter solenoid line at the connector at the fuse box terminal the starter will engage! Tried starting in neutral also same condition!

Go read this thread from a week ago. Same issue, same truck (engine = "doesn't care" for basic starter circuit). Schematic and instructions included.
