Fuel system

My problem is..when I put gas in my back tank it pumps it all to the front tank then act like it's out of gas.

Common problem on dual tank trucks. Cross fuel transfer problem due to bad check valve in front tank.

You can remove the front tank and assembly and plug the lines.

The fix depends on the year model truck you have. On my '88 I had to replace the "dual fuel reservoir". Not terribly expensive or hard to do. But later years had a similar problem different fix.
