Help reading live data
OK guys I rely need some help here I have no idea what I'm looking at. Can some please tell me what all this live data is saying Its on an 03 expedition Eddie bauer. I no it got problem and a couple does ago it started a light knock I think it's a rod bearing but I'm not sure

First thing I would do is check the PCV hose from the PCV valve to the throttle body, particularly the throttle body end.
