Transmission upgrades?
I have a 97 f250HD that I use for landscaping so it has a trailer on it 90% of the time towing +5,000lbs and also use it for snow plowing. It’s time to rebuild the transmission but looking for which upgrades I need. On the list so far is shift kit, TransGo tugger kit, and billet triple disk torque converter. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have everything covered. I think by 1997 the E4OD was pretty stout as it came from the factory. Most of the upgrades were done by 1994. Hopefully Mark Kovalsky will chime in. He's the E4OD expert on here.
