We are trying to do a conversion of the interior of a 2000 F350 from 2000 to 2015 interior. We're are having issues with the wiring of the window controls and cannot figure out the schematics from Chilton. Could anyone help us with this. We need to know if we will have to do a full harness swap or can we use what is already in the truck for the new panels.
Chilton is junk. It is especially junk if you're trying to do something as complicated as this. You're going to need to buy the factory manual, in your case probably both factory manuals, 1 for 2000 and 1 for 2015. The factory manuals can be had from a zillion different places, start with ebay or amazon and you can usually get them in PDF downloads for a small fee.
That being said, the windows have no more or less features in 2015 than they did in 2000 that I am aware of. So I dont see why there would be any more or any less wiring between the 2 different door harnesses at least in relation to the windows.

You have to swap everything, there is nothing in common. The old 2000 truck used a GEM module, the 2015 used Can bus. You need everything and everything module. The reality is it won't work without the PCM or IPC.

Nothing is the same. The 2015 trucks had DDM and also have auto down, glass sensor for auto reverse for child safety. The can bus aspect alone makes this swap non feasible.
After review, and taking to the rest of the work crew, we have been able to write the rear windows and they work just fine. Ar far as the other two were have looked at the wires and found that the old modules have 5 wires and the new modules have 4 wires. See attached files.
