Just bought a 19 F250 CCSB 4X4 6.2. I have searched, but didn't come across any info for 19's and don't know the height of other years for comparison. Most of the stuff I read people were getting 6, 8 and even 10in of drop. Curious if anyone with a 19 could let me know what amount of drop they use. 18 ft enclosed used the most but also pull a open car hauler, which is a little lower. What are thoughts on B&W and Safe weigh hitches?
I got a bulletproof hitch with the 6" drop based upon the directions on thier website plus I also called them to verify for stock truck. Solid made hitch to definitely worth the money.
I got a B&W Tow & Stow with the 7" drop, 2" & 2-5/16" *****. My trailer is a 18 + 2 V-nose ATC enclosed trailer w/ 2-5/16" coupler. My truck is in my signature but truthfully I could have used a lesser drop, more like the 5" one. I had a heavy load on my gooseneck yesterday and I almost removed the B&W because it was hanging pretty low. I can't see you needing any more drop than this if you plan on keeping it stock height.
Looked at a 5 and a 7 B&W at a place today didn't buy because I wanted to recheck my measurements. Started to get an 8in and know I would be safe but the concern of dragging it when load stopped me.

My son has the 5" B&W on his '17 F-250. He has a 4"lift and 37" tires. His truck matches up to my trailer just fine. Unless you are pulling a skate board then you should be fine with a 5 or 7. IMO.

Not towing skate boards but it makes it look like it when I compare the height to the 15 tundra it replaced.
I bought a 10" Weigh Safe flip-able 2" and 2 5/16" hitch. I haul my 7x14 enclosed trailer constantly around 8k lbs just under the 6 holes down mark which leaves me room to drop it another 2 inches or so from where I am using it now.
With the flip-able ball, the bottom of the 10" drop is just under where the bottom side of the ball that is held upside down on the hitch if that makes sense. I would rather drag that on the ground than a hitch ball that I need to get in and out of a trailer.
I plan to add another leaf in the back and a 2.5 or 3.5" level kit up front in the future and I didn't want to spend the money twice. Glad I went with the 10" drop.
If you don't have the need for 2 different ball sizes and also never plan to lift in any way I would recommend the 8" drop with only one hitch ball.
Thought about just getting a traditional one ball mount drop hitch(would definitely save some coin), but I have 2 different trailers at home I use and 3 different ones when I go and help my parents around the farm. My thought process says that many single mounts adds up to a good adjustable. All vary ball sizes from 1 7/8 to 2 5/16.
My Weigh-Safe ball mount can have different size ***** quickly swapped into it. I have 2" and 2 5/16". The shank on the ball mount is 3". I didn't want to have to deal with reducers.
I think my setup would be perfect for you then. If you want me to take pics for you I can. I believe you can buy a 1 7/8 weigh safe ball separate from them on their website.
