Sounds like multifunction wiper switch has gone bad.

If you look up "f150 multifunction switch replacement" on youtube, there are several examples. Keep an eye on the year range as they may differ slightly between the "major" body styles.
I can't recommend one personally as I haven't needed to replace myself. Maybe someone will chime in with added information.

I recommend a Motorcraft replacement from Ford. When my second one went bad it was replaced under parts warranty from the dealer. My 2011 is on it's third switch at 63,395 miles as of this morning. A year ago it was replaced and has been working well since.
