Every time I get out of my truck I get shocked. I haven’t done anything electrical to the truck at all. I have put new running boards on the truck but I don’t think that would have anything to do with the issue. Has anyone experienced the same thing?
Under what circumstances do you feel this shock, what are you touching? You might also try unplugging the inverter that feeds the 120V outlets to see if that makes a difference.

Normally it’s my leg but I don’t think it would static electricity, I’ll try unplugging the inverter and see if that resolves the issue.
Winter in AZ is typically rather dry (low humidity), so I too am thinking static electricity. What’s your truck’s seat material, and / or is your clothing material substantially synthetic?
I had that happen on my previous 2015 F350 6.7L also. Every time I would exit the truck and grab the door handle I would get the shock on my hand. I never could figure out what was causing that. I have had a 2018 and now a 2019 and so far no shock.
