Possible ABS/Gauge Cluster Issues?

How would I go about finding and identifying S106 and 208? If they are in the door sill channel (I do remember seeing some sort of wires in there), I know for a fact that water has been pooled there before. Don't know how it happened, but one time I was doing some thorough cleaning, popped off sill plate to find water and mud standing under there.

S106 located engine control harness near breakout to G104. S208 main harness near breakout to ground upper left kick panel. I don't think those splices should be a problem as they sound like they're above the floor line. I'm pretty sure if a splice corrodes your going to loose the whole circuit.
