Supposedly, the only winchs that would work with it have to be forward base mounts.
That would be the m12000. This is a $1500 dollar winch.

It’s not really a hidden winch mount. It’s just Warn’s way of attaching a winch to the front tow hook mounts of a truck. It will sit against or above the factory bumper, not inside it, and add almost a foot to the front of the truck.
Based on a cursory internet check, some purchasers state that a non-Warn winch will mount right up. Based on pictures alone, it looks like a fairly straight-forward winch mount plate with the standard four hole bolt pattern and fairlead access.
I know that my Smittybuilt winch had completely adjustable mount points from any side of the winch.
