Transmission strange..
2004 F150 4X4 4R70E. 300000 miles. I put it in gear, push accelerator and the engine revs up in 1st gear no movement. Rev it more and it will grab and act normal til you stop... then same thing. Reverse works normally. Sticking valves? Front pump? thoughts?

You need to pull the trans and tear it down to fix it.
I was wrong on the 3 million miles. 3000000k is really 3,000,000,000 miles. K is shorthand for thousand, so you really had written 3 million thousand miles, which is three billion miles. Not likely. At a constant 70 MPH, never stopping for gas or for sleeping, you'd need to drive for 4900 years to get to 3 billion miles.
