It can be done via the aftermarket but unless something has changed for the 2019 F150`s, that`s the first time i`ve ever heard that it can`t be had on an XLT from the factory. You will have to order the 302A package on a 2019 XLT F150 to get factory heated seats.

I have cloth heated seats in my xlt... Wouldn't be the first time a salesman didn't know what he was talking about or lied to upsell.

If you are going to order a 301 package save the cash and look at the STX. You get more features than a base 301 including the 8inch Sync3 and upgraded gauge cluster standard. Heated seats are simple to install, I spent 2 hours doing mine start to finish.
