Lightbulb Custom DRLs for 2005 E-350

While there are bunch of people who want to disable their DRLs, I want to do the exact opposite and add DRLs to my van. The van is pretty vanilla and doesn't seem to have any DRL wiring, or I couldn't find it. What would be the best approach here? Ideally the DRLs should run from tranny or at least ignition, but where are those darn wires?

Cheers,
TurboProp

I installed this ones: 5x7 LED Headlights 7x6 Headlamps Osram Chip Angel Eye DRL Sealed Beam Replacement for H6054 6054 Jeep Wrangler YJ Cherokee XJ Chevy Express Astro Van Blazer S10 Toyota 4Runner Ford Ranger DOT 2PCS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZZQZPFR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_JnedCbV2NTHEY
Its plug and play but for the DRL I connected the cable to a fuse tap and to the fuse box inside the hood. Pretty easy and works like a charm.

I've wanted to do the same... I researched a while back and it appears there is a DRL module that you need to add to the wiring to run DRL from the headlights. Problem was that it seemed overly expensive ($60+ IIRC). I was thinking about adding LED lights in the grill and adding a switch that was powered when ignition is on, but just haven't gotten around to it.
