What carb do I have?

I am going to overhaul the carb today with the help of a few guys who know what they are doing. I am not sure which kit I need. I have an '81 351W, I think it is the motorcraft 2150, but where do I find the calibration number? I thought there would be a thread about this, but I guess I am the only one who can not find the stupid number.

There should be a tag thats being held in by a housing screw.
That tag should tell you everything you need.

I found the code, but now I can not find the rebuild kit. My code E1TE-9C485-KA.
checker lists their parts by first four and last two. Is there anyway to know what other codes would be compatible with this one.
