For Cab and Chassis/Incomplete Vehicles:
• A variety of unique time/mileage/hour options and deductibles are
available within 5 years or 100,000 miles or 4,000 hours of the
original in-service date.
• Coverage begins with the original in-service date (New Vehicle
Limited Warranty start date) and zero miles or hours. Your
selected coverage expires upon reaching the earliest of time,
mileage or hours.

For Extended bumber to bumper (almost) warranty try:

Maybe a 550 is different, and it has been a few years, but if I recall commercial use bumped the price up $150. If still within 3years/36k miles, no inspection is needed. Later than that, and a Ford dealer must complete a Ford-ESP inspection prior to issuance of an official ESP. Up to 8 total years/150k miles, in various increments and costs.
Ziegler Ford is another option.
