So I ran across these videos today. A guy does a basic no nonsense 351C rebuild, explaining every step from bearing clearances, ring gaps, degreeing the camshaft, etc. I thought it was very informative.

 

That's Peter Anderson. He's an auto shop teacher in Australia. I've been a subscriber of his YouTube site for years and have been following all of his car builds. His videos can be really long but he is a wealth of tech tips and advice on how to do just about anything automotive that a weekend wrencher would want to know.
