So, I'm, having one of those weeks. You know the kind.......where the simplest mistakes drive you nuts?
I installed 2005 style headlight assemblies on my 2000 7.3. While adjusting the beams, one only goes up so far and then the screw keeps going up with no movement of the beam. I don't know if maybe I backed the screw up too far or cracked the mechanism inside somehow (I didn't hear if crack if I did). Any suggestions other then sending it back? Can this even be fixed without dismantling the housing?
