1989 E brake help

1989 E brake help
Hi all,
Just bought an 89 F350 dually dump. 7.3 IDI, 4 speed non turbo.
The 2 ebrake cables from the rear wheel terminate at the bracket mid frame driver side. I think i need something called an equilizer? I assume its a adjustment / brake cable holder that the front brake cable attaches to. I cannot find any drawings, nor can auto part places help me. Anyone have a photo of this thing? Or where I can get one? I really dont like having no E brake.

No it isn't, you posted a page from LMC's catalog. Look at the pics, they're completely different, because...my pic is from the 1980/89 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog.

Thank you to all that responded, I should be able to farm the parts I need to get this thing fixed up.
I have run into another part issue thats kinda odd.I will do a new post as it needs explanation.
