Parking brake cable frame bracket worn out

Hi the bracket that is on my frame to hold my parking brake cables is worn out. The top cable hole is worn to big and the cable just slide through when the parking brake is applied so I put a hose clamp on it so it doesn't pull through, but I would like to fix it the right way so I don't have to have this. Does anyone have the part number for this piece or any suggestion on how to fix it. Thanks
