uplifter switch has power always
I have a 2006 F350 6.0 with the factory uplifter switches. Switch number 4 is wired for the factory high idle. But recently I noticed the high idle comes on no matter what as long as the truck is in park and the ebrake is pressed. The switch can be on or off, also I noticed when the switch is in the off position it still lights up like its on, the light is half as bright when its off then when its on though. No other switch has this issue and has no light on when in the off position. Anyone else experience this problem? What do you think is the issue?
