third brake light fuse

I was working on my third brake light and now it does not have power. I have checked the fuse but can not find power. is there an inline fuse?

Did it have power before you started to work on it and why were you working on it. I`m not sure if this is what you were doing but if you were changing the bulb to an LED bulb, remember that they`re polarity sensitive so you`ll have to rotate the bulb 180 degrees. Also, did you actually check the fuse with a multimeter?
