Day seven Thursday: She cooks dinner and goes to bed.
Day eight Friday: I got offered a new job went to my moms for dinner to celebrate got back she was in bed.
Thanks for the update. Don't sound like you're killing each other yet. You might just casually mention that red wine is good for your heart. Oh. and get a lock put on the bedroom door.
I was wondering the same thing. Who and what are you referring to Jor? Seems to me that Border is coping with the situation pretty good. I'd just advise her to be as nice as she can and be the one to start something.
My mother lived on a farm by herself for 35 years after my father died in 1965. A few years ago, when she was 93 she had a mini stroke when we were visiting her. My brothers and sisters and I got together and discussed putting her in a nursing home. At the time I was living in Florida, self employed and renting so my wife and I moved in with her on her farm in Illinois. It wasn't too much fun, but we got by. After living alone for 35 years she was a bit set in her ways. Anyway, best thing to do is try to ignore the little things and try to get along.
Well i'm not going to be the one to start something or argue with her. I'm very nice and polite and try to stay out of her way. ALthough this morning my boyfriend and her got into a big yelling match, so there's some arguing between them, i'm just not going to get involved! I'm trying to keep the peace or the next 11 weeks will be long!
