ESP silly question(s)

Im about to purchase an ESP from Joel, ( seems like a great guy by the way ! ), his time is valuable so Ill ask here.
1. With the $100 deductible and the 100k/8y plan, If I need warranty service in the first 36k/3y B to B or 60k/5y drive train do I have to pay the ESP $100 deductible?
2. What exactly is the Disappearing Deductible ? Contract says something about vehicle being serviced by the "Selling Dealer" ? Does that mean ESP seller or Vehicle seller ? And is this an option that costs extra?
Thanks for any help

1. A warranty currently in force takes priority over an extended service contract. Your 3/36-full or 5/60-powertrain comes first if they are still eligible.
2. Selling Dealer refers to the dealer who sold the vehicle. That's the dealer who ordered the vehicle (unless there was an inventory swap), so Ford wants to give them the appropriate credit.
