Electrical issue - excessive draw

Need some help - batteries are draining down within 12-36 hours - 2014 F350 With Sync2 - Platinum if that matters. Did a amp draw and it is pulling 3.8amps but, and this is the weird part, it cylcles from 1.8 to 3.8 every 45-60 seconds. I can hear the vent diffusers cycling as well. Pulled fuse for climate control and that stopped - dropped draw to 2.9a. Pulled Sync fuse and dropped another 2 amps. Instrument cluster fuse pulled and it dropped to .06. After those big three were pulled it is in the ballpark for draw. I checked another truck just like mine and at sleep it draws .06a but without any cycling - it remained steady. Mine still was cycling the current draw when those fuses were out. I don’t know what is doing that. I had pulled a bunch of other ones such as heated seats and such but they did not change results. Hope someone can help me out here.

Just a stab in the dark.....do you have the push button start? If you do, and you had the fob in your pocket while you were testing it, I wonder if the fob was activating things.
