Lowmiler - what product did you apply? I used some cquartz from auto geek on my mustang. For as much work as it is, I want to use the best stuff I can get. I figured the Cquartz was real because I inadvertently left a spot “unbuffed” and it took me forever to get rid of the blemish. I’ve also ordered some xpel to cover the painted bumpers and some other areas. The only Ruby trucks I have seen have had some obnoxious chips on the painted bumpers. Can’t have that!

Yes, Cquartz.
Where did you buy the xpel from? Great idea, last truck had chrome bumpers, and they took a beating.
Here’s a few thoughts after driving the truck for a few hundred miles.
So often people comment on how expensive trucks have become and how ridiculously high the pricing is.
Consider this: I paid $55k for my GMC diesel dually back in 2004, it’s basically “Lariat trim” (cloth seats, no heated seats or power control, front bench, basic stereo).
$55k in today’s money, accounting for inflation, is $72k. That’s about the price of a nicely optioned Lariat spec F350 diesel dually. So I’d say, considering the performance and luxury of today’s trucks, that they are actually a better bang for the buck than they’ve used to be.
Also, the automatic systems on my truck, such as the adaptive cruise control and auto high/low beams actually work better than on my $120k Mercedes. So far, I’m quite impressed with this rig. The only somewhat letdown is the screen size and function of the multimedia system, but it’s not terrible. The B&O stereo sounds pretty darn good, too, even at higher volumes.

A Canadian gent - he’s real reasonable and you get the exchange rate benefit out of Canada too. I’m not sure he wants his info blasted all over so PM me.

That's gotta suck paying property and sales tax in two different states with something that loooooooong. 😳
By the time the tailgate gets through the intersection, the lights red already!
Very nice. My next rig, I hope. LWB F-350. Mmmmmm. Mmmmmmm. Sweeet!
Sharp trucks I love my Ruby Red F-350 XLT Lariat. My truck is a 2017 with 4300 miles on it. I haven't driven it since May and I got it on August 2nd 2017.

It definitely could have its own zip code. I think they tow better than the short beds. More "meat" to control the RV.
