Skid plates?

Skid plates?
Does anybody know what skid plates some models (assuming FX4 only) came with from the factory? I don't mean the plastic airflow pieces, but actual metal skids. I had a '99 F250SD which was a pretty basic model that had transfer case and fuel tank and would like to look at similar options for my 2011 F150. I don't wheel very hard but I run a decent amount of 2-track during the summer and there are always the odd logs and branches... Anyways, never mind where they are truly needed. Any suggestions for underbody skid plates within a reasonable cost?
