This is not true. Anyone needing tunes re-added needs to email Tyrant. Its part of an enable thing that EZlynk did in an update.

No sir, big mishap on EZLYNK part, they made a change in the lynking and when I added new profiles and deleted the old I had to relynk all old customers. lol huge pain in my neck.

So it was an EZLynk SNAFU? Everything with Tyrant is still good? Curious because I am planning on deleting my truck in the distant future and was planning on going with Tyrant because of the good reviews on here.

If I am not mistaken, the owner of Tyrant is now the Mayor of his town. I think he scaled everything back to kind of "lay low" but you can still reach out to another individual or two and everything is the same as before. Just, more on the DL.

Far as the EPA thing, looks not to be the case here but this is a true threat. The EPA is cracking down on tuners, especially diesel ones. Laying low isnt a bad idea. Look at ATP Trucks in Idaho. They were a leading Duramax tuning shop and they EPA came knocking. Its actually really sad. The wont get "everyone" but you will see them pick off the ones that matter the most.
