2013 Explorer limited been having intermittent heated seats. This is what I found that’s the ground pin. Ordered new connector. This ought to be a hoot to cut and splice in. The connector was not snapped in tight to the dcsm.
Got it fixed. Bought motorcraft wpt-928 connector. Took new connector apart and removed all but pins L, M. Took old connector apart. Cut the wire on the M conector black with white stripe. Stripped it back and solder and shrink wrapped it the the wires at pins L, M in the new connector. Then removed other wires from old connector and put them in the new connector one at a time. Plugged everything back in started the Explorer up everything worked perfectly.
