05 driver window switch
I need a new driver side window switch, the defective one in there now, was a short lived, replaced aftermarket. I wish I had the original OEM, as I now know they can be cleaned and reinstalled, but it's long gone. Can anyone recommend a quality aftermarket replacement, as the OEM switch cost, is a bit out of my budget? Thank you.

Your aftermarket drivers side window switch was "short lived" and you want to replace it with another "aftermarket" drivers side switch because the price of the OEM switch is out of your budget? Have you added the cost of the defective and new aftermarket switch and compared it to the cost of an OEM switch because I think you`ll find that you`ve already exceeded the cost of an OEM switch based on what I just saw online at a website that sells both aftermarket and OEM parts. With that being said, have you called your local junk yard? You should able to find said "05" OEM drivers side window switch there for a good price.
Agreed sir and I'd add that any '04 - '08 used truck part would likely work as long as it's for the same cab configuration.
