The other night I was up late working on my tractor, preparing for the next lake effect snow event in Buffalo. While taking a break, I noticed the movie "Billy Jack" on one of those classic movie channels. The movie came out in 1971 and was the second film in a series of five. Fashion and politics aside, I was blown away by all the classic trucks. F100s, camper specials, Rancheros and Apaches. They even had some of those.....wadda ya call ums....... cars? Certainly I can't ID them all. Some of them may not even be Ford's. Give yourself a treat and check it out.

Billy Jack was on TCM (Turner Classic Movies) last night, they ran 3 different films, beginning with the original, then repeated the original.
I didn't watch any of them, saw them in the theater when they came out.

Yeah but as old as you are couldn't you have watched it as a refresher? It was on last night here also watched the whole movie. I thought many times while watching it that it was really kind of corny. Didn't think that back then.
Funny you bring this up, I was watching Yours Mine and Ours the other night. The one from 1968. And when the main character is driving through base in his friends convertible you can see a military 65 flareside in the backround in a couple shots.
Good year for movies, before the politically correct era took over. Car movies were popular in this era, great for nostalgia buffs, those everyday drivers filmed in there prime, are now a rare site. Vanishing Point ( 1971 ) was another from this non pc era, includes a great soundtrack
